How to implement and monitor collaboration?
Partnership Monitoring Tool
To monitor progress in the development of the partnership between organizations, the process involves:
- Selecting the criteria for assessing the partnership;
- Examining the partnership using the agreed criteria.
Different tools for assessing the criteria are presented e.g. spider diagram (p. 22): gives a visual presentation of the “shape of the partnership” using eight criteria - allows for easy comparison between the different perceptions.
